Description

Regina Alternative Measures Program (RAMP) is a restorative justice organization and is looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Support. Required is a friendly disposition and positive attitude. As front desk reception you will have excellent time management and organizational skills and enjoy working as a part of a team.

Key responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls and updating/maintaining office voice mail
Manage shared calendar
Take detailed minutes for caseworker, board and staff meetings
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Maintain office supplies
Maintain and update group contact lists, publications and brochures
Maintain an electric and manual filing system including yearly archiving of files
Provide support to Data Entry Clerk as needed
Order office supplies
Maintain and reconcile petty cash and credit card purchases
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

Requirements:
Proven administrative experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Publisher and MS Excel, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Understanding of the criminal justice system
Valid drivers license and vehicle
Willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus

Salary and benefits will be negotiated upon experience.
Preference will be given to candidates of Aboriginal ancestry.
Human Rights Exemption #E99-10.
Must provide a criminal record check/vulnerable sector
