Are you eager to play a crucial role in aligning business strategies with IT innovation? We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator who will contribute to the success of Ranch Ehrlo by managing and optimizing our enterprise infrastructure.

About the Role:

This role involves establishing, configuring, and maintaining critical infrastructure components, both in cloud and on-premises environments, to support the organization's mission. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will ensure seamless performance of our IT systems, oversee lifecycle processes, and provide top-tier support for current and future applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Services
     * Design and manage critical platform building blocks that support the entire organization, including cloud and on-premises systems, devices, and components (e.g., server, storage, virtualization, operating systems).
     * Lead lifecycle management of infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and system resilience.
     * Develop and implement strategies for complex integrations between platforms to enhance IT systems and applications.
     * Monitor and administer management systems, including performance and security compliance to ensure health and performance of provisioned building blocks.
     * Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execute escalated technical resolutions, ensuring continuity of services.

Leadership
     * Provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment and promoting professional development.
     * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs for infrastructure development, analyze potential solutions, and ensure alignment with the organizations mission.
     * Lead the planning, development, and management of projects, fostering inclusivity and active engagement across a diverse team.
