Consumer Delivery Services Inc. is now recruiting a Driver Supervisor to work out of our Regina Terminal. If you are a self starter, good with people, possess superior organizational skills, this may be for you.  Duties include, but not limited to:

1. Supervise, coordinate and schedule our people and equipment
2. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
3. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve performance
4. Requisition materials and supplies
5. Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
6. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
7. Dispatch drivers and monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and to resolve operating problems
8. Monitor and operate dispatch software to ensure we are maximizing our efficiencies
9. Prepare work reports and budgets, and monitor expenditures.
