SUMMARY
The Community Youth Enhancement Worker will act as a role model to promote healthy lifestyles and relationships with youth on the Witchekan Lake First Nation. He/She will assist the youth develop life skills and practice self-care.

DUTIES
-Plan, develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate the delivery of support services to youth
-Assist in the coordination of community development and educational services
-Document daily activities and submit detailed reports
-Attending regular meetings
-Attending professional development training to keep current with trends and best practices in the industry

QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum Grade 12
-Youth Care Worker Certificate or Social Work Certificate an asset
-Experience working with First Nations youth
-Knowledge of First Nations beliefs, values, language, customs and perspectives
