Description

The Director of Operations and Social Enterprise will oversee the operations of YWCA Regina, and work on our social enterprises. This individual will be responsible for vendor and contract partnership development and relations and association purchasing. They will work on operational process and procedures for the association, this includes all AV/security and our VOIP phone system.  They will manage the Volunteer Program and ensure that our social enterprises are operating within budget and profitable.

Responsibilities:
    Preparing and managing yearly budget
    Directing Manager of Social Enterprise and providing support for social enterprises, and managing volunteer program.
    Develop and review operations processes and procedures, ensuring they are communicated to association and followed.
    Develop vendor and contract process and ensuring relationships are built and maintained with vendors.
    Coordinate with Director of Food Services and Director of Properties as part of Operational team.

Qualifications:
    Grade 12-General Educational Development
    First Aid/CPR Certification
    5th Class Saskatchewan Drivers License
    Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Check
    Any combination of education, training and experience demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities described. Team Supervision
