Are you our next Team Member?

We are currently seeking a Design Engineering Technologist to join our Engineering Team. The successful candidate will assist the engineering team on product design and projects, product improvements, fabrications, and testing.

What will you be working on?

- Preparing computer-assisted design (CAD) engineering
  designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Review, evaluate, and improve upon engineering
  documentation and standards.
- Design and prototype new concepts and revise the
  design of existing products.
- Design of tools, dies, jigs and fixtures for use in
  the product development process.
- Provide feedback and advice regarding the technical
  and structural aspects of projects.
- Provide technical support to other employees
- Document technical design details and operational
  test results.
- Support the engineering department as required.

What is required for this role?

- Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or
  equivalent
- Proficiency with SolidWorks is required
- Strong mechanical background with focus on machine
  design preferred.
- Experience with steel fabrication, manufacturing
  processes and machine design
- Practical experience with product development and
  testing
