Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), Crisis and Respite Services works with individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities. Your work will promote and support individuals to achieve the highest quality of life possible with full participation and presence in their community.

Brigham Home in Moose Jaw requires caring, compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic employees for the role of Community Residential Worker. You will work directly with people, supporting them to live their life to the fullest with a focus on creating positive, engaging experiences. We are seeking employee(s) who welcome challenges, are proactive, love to learn and embrace change, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy variety in their work while making positive meaningful changes in peoples lives. CLSD, Crisis and Respite Services value their employees and the work they do. To assist them we provide a thorough onboarding that includes safety training required for the position.

Typically, the level of knowledge and skills for this position is obtained through 1-year post-secondary education in a related human service field such as Disability Support Worker, Psychology or Social Work and/or gained through related experience working in a therapeutic capacity with people with intellectual disabilities who may display complex and challenging behaviours.
