developt Pediatric Physical Therapy is a specialized clinic exclusively for children, dedicated to providing top-notch physical therapy services. Position: Physical Therapy / Clinic Assistant

This role offers flexible hours, with opportunities ranging from part-time to full-time as the need arises. Under the guidance of our Physical Therapists, the Physical Therapy Assistant will play a crucial role in helping clients reach their therapeutic goals by supporting both the therapist and the family throughout the treatment process.

Responsibilities:

Assist Physical Therapists with hands-on treatment, including both one-on-one and group sessions.
Independently carry out treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment sessions and client interactions.
Communicate any progress, adverse effects, or necessary changes to treatment plans to the Physical Therapist.
Notify the Physical Therapist of any changes in client status, upcoming procedures, or other factors that may require reassessment.
Assist with the measurement, ordering, tracking, and fitting of therapy equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of therapy equipment, toys, and therapy spaces.

Qualifications:

Must provide a clean criminal record check, including a vulnerable sector check.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of families.
