- Manage and configure Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
- Responsible for end-user operation of the EAM System.
- Act as point of contact (POC) for all EAM related enhancement, upgrades, testing, maintenance and support activities.
- Maintain all EAM-related reporting and reporting related updates.
- Provides training for future users of the EAM system.
- Collaborates with multiple functional departments and groups to ensure continuous improvement of the EAM system.
- Provides Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for day-to-day infrastructure and software application issues and manages the escalation of issues to software vendors as needed.
- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of server infrastructure and systems to support and improve a variety of application technology stacks and technologies.
- Perform routine monitoring and reporting of application services for integrity and availability, perform diagnostic and problem-solving activities and implement remedial procedures as required.
- Act as point of secondary, backup, contact (SPOC) for all Jira/Confluence/Microsoft Stack related enhancement, upgrades, testing, maintenance and support activities.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, undertakes IT automation tasks/ projects working closely with others in team based collaborative environment.
- Manage application templates, workflows, user permissions, project workflows & roles, installing plugins, addons and integration them with existing on-premise enterprise applications and/or other cloud applications.
- Undertake and be involved in different phases of project management related to infrastructure and application services deployment as well as other assigned projects.
- Performs tasks related to change management, release management, and incident management in regards to infrastructure and software applications. Also includes patch management of all IT applications at CLS, including operating systems.
