Are you passionate about making a lasting impact on children's lives? Do you have the drive to lead a dedicated team in providing high-quality early childhood education? Ogema TLC Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee our childcare center. If you are a proactive leader with a heart for child development and a head for business management, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations: Manage all aspects of the centers operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, maintaining high standards of childcare, and fostering a positive environment for children, staff, and families.
Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including payroll, budgeting, and grant management. Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors.
Human Resources: Recruit, hire, and support staff development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Program Development: Ensure the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs that support the growth and well-being of children. Work closely with staff to maintain a stimulating and nurturing environment.
Community & Family Engagement: Act as the face of Ogema TLC Inc. in the community, handling media relations, promoting the center, and fostering strong relationships with families.
Board Collaboration: Serve as an advisor to the Board of Directors, providing essential reports, policy drafts, and strategic input to guide the centers future.
Qualifications:
Early Childhood Development Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high standards in childcare and education
