Rebalance Physio and Dizziness Centre is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. www.rebalancephysio.ca

Start Date: September/October 2024

Typical Work Hours:  The current clinic hours are Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm, closed weekends and Statutory holidays. Hours can be modified based on need. Rebalance would consider a full-time or part-time therapist.

Compensation: Rebalance would consider a commission-based contractor, a commission-based employee, flat rate fee, or a room rental model of compensation.

Typical Work Tasks:
    Comprehensive assessment and treatment of each client within your scope of practice
    Obtain ongoing informed consent by effectively explaining assessment findings and treatment procedures (including risks and benefits) to the client
    Maintain up-to-date and accurate chart notes of each client session
    Submit reports to referring healthcare providers and appropriate insurance providers in a timely manner
    Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
    Light laundry and cleaning duties of assigned treatment area

Requirements:
    Licensure to practice within the province of Saskatchewan without restrictions (including ability to treat WCB Saskatchewan and SGI clients)
    Client-focused, collaborative team member with efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills
    Able to perform typical Massage Therapy duties

Prior experience an asset but not required.

Rebalance is located in a new multidisciplinary medical building with a referral base and plenty of free parking for employees and clients. We use JaneApp for online booking, digital charting, and billing. We are set up with multiple online insurance payment systems as well. We have in-house laundry, staff lunchroom, staff washroom, and a receptionist to handle payments/bookings.
