As a Financial Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by managing financial operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial expertise, proven grant writing skills, and the ability to effectively analyze and present data to enhance the Foundations decision-making and fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning
Grant Management
Donor Data Engagement and Legacy Giving
Financial Reporting and Compliance
Collaboration and Communication
Qualifications:
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing grant proposals, managing grant budgets, and meeting grant reporting requirements is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of donor management systems and experience with legacy giving programs is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
