Description

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING & EVOLVING we are looking for a Director of Service Operations. You would work with General Managers, Branch Managers, & Service Managers to help grow service sales, manage staff, & organize workflow & budgets.  This position reports to the President.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive to develop the vision for the service department.
Develop, maintain, & guide the execution of service departments business plan for the organization to grow billable service hours.
Work with service personnel to create & monitor annual service department goals & budget.
Collaborate with Branch personnel to develop, communicate, enforce, & monitor effective service department processes.
Monitor service department performance.
Support & coach the branch management team on the development & improvement of WIP controls.  
Work with the Director of Service Support & Marketing team to create & facilitates the execution of the service department marketing plan to grow labor sales.
Review the customer satisfaction program to enhance & maintain customer relationships & training relative to service support.
Support branch personnel in recruitment & development of service staff.
Work with the Director of Service Support & Safety Manager to develop, promote, & assist in the implementation of Service Departments safety rules & protocols.

CRITICAL CAPABILITIES
Demonstrate outstanding Customer service & communications skills.
Proven experience solving problems effectively.
Experience using programs such as Microsoft Office, Dealer Business System, & internet-based systems.
Write & speak effectively to individuals & groups.
Analyze & interpret internal & external reports.
Valid driver License

Qualifications
5 + years experience in Ag dealership operations
Understanding of work order processing and Service Department metrics.
