Snowbird Aviation has an opportunity as a Customer Service Attendant within Stony Rapids, Saskatchewan.

As a fundamental member of our team:

You will help coordinate customer service requirements for visitors, passengers and flight crews including: assist with passenger and baggage check-ins.
You will assist with baggage-handling and ground services to customers and aircraft.
You will maintain the facility and property in a clean, safe and professional environment.
You will receive and communicate weather information, flight times and passenger loads.
You will have the opportunity to assist with aircraft taxiing procedures which includes aircraft marshalling and greeting customers
You will communicate weather, flight and passenger information
This position would be ideal for you if:

You have a passion for customer service
Are safety conscious
Have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Possess the flexibility to work shifts
Good analytical and decision making skills are required to assess critical incidents in order to develop effective contingency plans
Successful applicant will be required to obtain an Aircraft Radio License.
As this is a Safety Sensitive Position, selected candidate(s) must test negative for controlled substances and alcohol prior to employment.
