Hydratec Hydraulics Ltd. is searching for a highly skilled candidate to join our team and help continue a tradition of customer and employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills with outstanding day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients in a friendly, professional manner on the phone or in person
* Process customer invoices and provide estimates for customers
* Answer customer queries by phone, e-mail and walk-ins
* Ensure Vendors and A/R are current
* Process shipping and receiving of inventory
* Provide internal processes for improved efficiency while adhering to legal guidelines
* Support customer-facing operations, including sales, marketing, and public relations
* Establish and grow relationships with suppliers and customers
* Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
* Housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
* 2 plus years of experience in a small hydraulic/ mechanic business environment
* Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks
* Must be motivated and have a high level of accountability and dependability
* Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanically inclined, hose technician and parts
* Fab/ welding experience an asset
* Hydraulic/ mechanical experience an asset
* Willing to expand your knowledge in all areas of the business
