Description

Office Administrator
Greenland Waste Disposal, the largest waste service company in the Prince Albert and Melfort region, is currently seeking applications for office administration clerk. -Duties:
Assist customers with account-related requests, process customer payments, follow up and resolve customer billing inquiries.
Maintain general office operations including supply ordering, processing mail and faxes, data entry, issuing customer invoices, deposits, and processing accounts payable.
Assists with phone queue system: answering telephone and relaying calls and messages, provide information about service availability, provide information about company products and services, etc.
Work with administration and operations staff as required.
Complete payroll on a semi-monthly basis.
Some understanding of Saskatchewan labour laws and regulations
Set up and maintain new employees in payroll program and provide necessary paperwork for new employees.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
