This is a perfect job for people who want to work around school, another position or casually!

Venue B is a 100% Indigenous-owned coffee shop, catering company and event centre. We are located at 2300 Dewdney Avenue (the old Brewed Awakening location) in Regina's vibrant warehouse district!

We are looking someone with previous barista, cooking and exceptional customer service experience.  The hours in this position vary due to the events and catering bookings and are expected to range from 5-20 hours per week.

Job Duties:

- Operating the coffee shop, working events after coffee shop hours, cleaning, opening and closing duties.
- Multi-tasking as a barista, cook, cashier and bartender (during events) while ensuring every customer gets personalized service, even during busy times.
- Assisting with catering orders, including working some early shifts to accommodate breakfast catering orders.
- Upholding health and safety standards in the workplace.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a barista, or similar role
-  Experience preparing food
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, recipes and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and open and close the store independently.
- Experience operating a POS system (till)
-  Completed, recognized level 1 food safety certificate.
-  Completed Serve it Right Certificate
-  Acceptable criminal record check.
