Our purpose is to help people. Virtus Group is Saskatchewan's largest locally owned accounting firm, and our Regina office is seeking a new welcoming face. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact with our clients and guests. Your role will help ensure that we meet the highest standards of service tailored to our clients' needs while also building strong relationships with all of our internal staff.
What you'll bring to our team:
-1-3 years of experience in a customer focused role;
-Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams);
-A positive and welcoming vibe;
-Ability to effectively multitask;
-Strong customer service capabilities; and
-Exceptional organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
Once you join the Group, you'll be amongst a friendly and collaborative team of professionals in an engaging, challenging and rewarding environment. You'll assist our team in a wide array of functions including:
-General reception duties (greeting guests, answering phone calls, processing payments);
-Handling incoming and outgoing mail, and couriering of packages;
-Performing various data entry tasks;
-Ensuring our meeting rooms and kitchen areas are kept in tip-top shape; and
-Assisting various departments within the firm.
