4Sight Group Chartered Professional Accountants is a growing and local professional service firm. Our firm provides integrated accounting, tax and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses, professionals, start-ups, not-for-profits and individuals.
We are seeking a Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant for our Regina office. The successful candidate will work with our professionals and clients in the delivery of accounting services.
Qualification
- Over 4 years experience in administrative role
- Experience in bookkeeping such as preparation of invoice, entering business transactions into accounting system and reconciling bank accounts
- Preference will be given to those having experience using SAGE/Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, or QuickBooks Online
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with our clients
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work assignments
- Ability to be efficient and effective while working independently, meeting frequent deadlines and tight timeline
