Fleet Logistics Coordinator  
Location: Humboldt, Saskatchewan

Kirsch Construction is committed to excellence and sustainability, we take pride in delivering reliable services and innovative solutions for our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Fleet Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help manage and optimize our gravel haul and equipment transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
a.    Oversee and manage the logistics operations, including dispatching gravel trucks, coordinating with contractors utilizing our hauling services, sourcing leased operator units when required, work with the Internal & external customers, compliance with DOT regulations and permitting, ensuring trucks are scheduled for maintenance, ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
b.    Monitor transportation activities and manage schedules to minimize delays and impacts on project timelines.
c.Responsible for all transport permits and requirements ensuring we are operating in compliance with Saskatchewan DOT regulations.
c.    Demonstrate leadership in transportation regulations, health, safety,
environmental requirements, and company policies related to project & logistics operations.
e.    Applies the requirements of the project specific safety requirements
pertaining to Kirsch Construction, OH&S Acts, regulations, and codes with all employees and subcontractors on the project.
f.    Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on logistics performance metrics.
g.    Lead, train, and develop trucking personnel to ensure high performance.
