Description

The Water Security Agency is seeking a Director, Operations & Maintenance, to join the Infrastructure team.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Operations & Maintenance, an employee in this job will oversee the Operations and Maintenance unit in the Southern region for Water Security Agency (WSA) infrastructure division. This includes budgeting, development of unit planning, overseeing tactical planning, management, and delivery to ensure the desired level of service of WSAs assets. These activities, in accordance with the WSA strategic plan, are fundamental to the achievement of critical and high-level priorities for WSA.  

You will also be responsible to
Provide leadership for the Operations & Maintenance units and transform the strategic direction into unit plans for WSA infrastructure; manage unit sta. Oversee and administrate the units budget and nancial planning.
Oversee the structure operations to ensure an appropriate level of service, safety and client service standards are achieved.
Oversee the performance monitoring, maintenance and rehabilitation to ensure a balance between stakeholder needs, and risk to WSA infrastructure and public.
Collaborate to prioritize rehabilitation, operations and maintenance projects.

The candidate will have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering and 10 years of progressively more responsible experience relevant to water management infrastructure. Professional Engineer designation is a requirement.
