Description

We are a local family owned business, specializing in the sale of lawn and garden equipment, outdoor power equipment for all seasons and air-cooled engines. We carry Saskatchewans largest parts inventory stock. We have been in business for over 90 years, with a customer base throughout the province. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and our ability to cultivate relationships with new and existing customers. We create and maintain relationships with different levels of customer, including retail and wholesale accounts. We are a dynamic business, with a dedicated team of professionals, working in a fast-paced environment.
We are currently looking for a hard working, committed shipper receiver to join our team. This position is an integral part of our day-to-day operations. This position works with the parts and sales teams, and the purchasing and accounting team. The shipper receiver is responsible for accurately receiving inventory, shipping parts and units to customers in a timely manner, accuracy of inventory and unit locations, and accurate documentation and record keeping.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Be hard working, committed and serious about running a warehouse
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes with at least 3 years working in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environment
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team
- Ability to self manage and organize projects according to priority
- Ability to problem solve
- An ambitious individual, eager to learn and grow in this position
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
