Following the duties and responsibilities;

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staffs.
Organize work schedules and procedures.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Complying with company policies.
Any other related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Strong communication skills.
