We are a leading construction and materials company located in Saskatoon. With a commitment to quality and safety, we deliver excellence in every aspect of our operations. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gravel Crusher Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the grave! crushing plant, including maintenance, production and material tracking.
-Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations at all times.
-Supervise and coordinate the work of crushing plant operators and maintenance staff.
-Schedule and prioritize tasks to meet production goals effectively.
-Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
-Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
-Maintain accurate records and reports related to plant operations and maintenance.
-Train and mentor team members on safe and efficient operating procedures.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience of a minimum 2 years as a Crusher Foreman.
-Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
-Sound knowledge of crushing plant operations, maintenance, and repair.
-Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations and best practices.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Effective communication skills and the
ability to work collaboratively.
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
