Job Overview
The Founding Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and staffing components of The Carter House Family Treatment Centre. This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional with a deep understanding of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and the unique needs of families involved in the child welfare system. The Program Director will work closely with the CEO, staff, and community partners to establish and maintain high standards of care that focuses on outcomes for the families we serve.
