Join our dynamic team as a key player in providing top-notch administrative support and customer service! You'll be the friendly face and voice of our work unit, handling reception, phone calls, and a variety of clerical tasks. You'll coordinate meetings, special projects, and logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Your day will include triaging service requests, managing daily mail, drafting and editing documents, and maintaining filing systems. We're looking for someone with a high school diploma (or equivalent), at least one year of admin experience, and proficiency in office software.
You'll need excellent customer service skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a knack for juggling multiple tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making processes more efficient, this role is for you!
