Description

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and outgoing Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Public Health Team. The ideal candidate will be required to provide a variety of administrative duties to assist and support the LLRIB Health Services leadership. About the position: The Administrative Assistant supports the operations and information needs of assigned programs by developing and applying appropriate technical and administrative processes. Supporting the program manager/coordinator with a variety of administrative duties, Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records, reports and complex filing, Organizing meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, special projects and events, take detailed minutes at various meetings

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12; certificate in Administrative or Office Education preferred;
Experience and knowledge with computers and office equipment;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered;
Experience working with First Nations Organizations is an asset;
Ability to speak/understand Cree is an asset;
Must possess a valid Class 5 Drivers License;
Ability to travel to outlying communities as required;
