Souris Valley Industries is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join our team in Weyburn Sask.  Our company has been building  specialized and custom precast products ince 1977.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, production, quality, safety and personnel management. Ideally you will have a strong background in manufacturing management and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Some duties will include, but not limited to:
Supervise staff
Monitor inventory related KPI's
Maintain and/or revise costing standards
oversee production employees
provide support to the owners
