Logistics and Procurement Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include Logistical support and coordination of Fission Uranium Corps ongoing project activities:
Shipping and tracking goods to and from PLS work sites using both private and commercial carriers.
Scheduling and coordinating field crew travel and accommodations required to move crews safely to and
from PLS work sites.
Sourcing and procurement of goods and services in support of ongoing operations;
Maintaining communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality service and support.
Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, business and industry supplier organizations.
Prepare and update vendor expenditure reports, preferred vendor lists and qualification documentation and
vendor performance reports.
Assist in the administration and maintaining of sub-contracts, consultant and other service contracts;
Maintain records of all transactions, ensuring that an efficient filing system for records of the procurement
process including copies of records of expenditure, receiving reports, receipts, local order forms, etc. are
kept accountable and easily accessible by managers.
Assist with project property control and inventory management as directed.
Assist with analysis of received RFPs, RFQs or other procurement proposals and evaluate potential
vendors for inclusion as a Qualified Vendor.
Requirements:
Experience in logistics procurement and supply chain coordination for remote work sites and camps.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with supply chain logistics for drilling / mining operations would be considered an asset.
Experience with shipping TDG materials would be considered an asset.
Experience in scheduling and coordinating fixed wing charter services considered an asset.
