What youll do:
Working closely with the Agro Division Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
To administer and be responsible for the pricing, sales, margin and inventory of the Agro department as part of the Service Center operations.
To be responsible for the administration of the Agro department.
To be responsible for daily planning and managing all Team Members in the Ag Department.
Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
To ensure all team members adhere to high standards in the areas of staff appearance and image checklist.
To ensure acceptable level of service is provided, staff attitude is appropriate and hassle-free guarantee program is followed.
Provide support, make recommendations and enforce operational execution.
To implement and enforce written performance expectations and operation standards.
Provide input into tactical planning and plan, monitor, and manage a variety of internal projects from initiation to completion.
Promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety, and asset protection.
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships in the areas of service.
Increase customer profitability through planning and agronomy.
Perform other duties as assigned
