Description

Cowessess Community Educational Centre (CCEC) is welcoming applications and an invitation to join a dynamic, supportive and experienced team. CCEC is located in Cowessess First Nation, approximately 150 kms east of Regina and situated in the scenic QuAppelle Valley close to Crooked and Round Lakes. The current facility is home to 200 students and 30 educational staff. CCEC offers
cultural programs, Elder literacy support, mental health support, programming from PreK to Grade 12, athletic programming, Cree language instruction, a daily lunch program and community programming. The community supports for young people are through
Health, Justice, Recreation, Chief Red Bear Lodge and other departments are exceptional. Salary is based on the Saskatchewan Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and
Saskatchewan Teachers Federation The following positions are available for the 2024-2025 School Year:
Grade 4 Teacher
Grade 7 Teacher
REQUIREMENTS:
Interested educators must provide a cover letter summarizing their experience; a current teaching resume, history of past teaching experience, a copy of a Class 4  Saskatchewan Education teaching certificate, a current criminal record check (vulnerable sector) as well as three (3) references.
