Job Summary
The Employment & Training Coordinator, under the direction of the MFN Executive Director, will primarily be responsible to assist clients finding the right fit of employment. The successful candidate will utilize personality and skill tests to assess their client?s personality, background, education, interests, and other details to gauge the most suitable career path using a case management approach.
Job Duties
Monitor and track clients Report programming information and input labour force activities Prepare budgets, reports and claim procedures
Prepare accurate and timely reports on the progress of clients
Possess excellent communication skills and knowledge of policies and procedures
Performing data entry work with consistency and accuracy
Prepare and maintain concise and accurate records Interpret administrative and financial reports.

Job Requirements
Must take TAS Training through STC;
Facilitate and set up training programs;
Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance;
Develops and maintain good relations with clients, client representatives, staff and employees;
Experience and Qualification Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
Diploma in Business Management or related training preferred.
Class 5 Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle required
Clear Criminal Record Check.
