Description

Are you passionate about agriculture and looking for a dynamic role that combines technical skills, equipment operations, customer service, and administrative duties? Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a full-time Service and Logistics Representative to support the needs of our Agriculture Division!

This individual will be responsible for various field technician duties including soil collection, infield sampling, and field mapping. You will also operate essential equipment like fertilizer floaters and seed treating equipment, manage product deliveries, and oversee equipment logistics. Additionally, you will perform repairs and maintenance, ensuring our facilities and equipment are in top condition. Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications include:

    Valid driver's license with a clean abstract (Class 1A license is a definite asset)
    High school diploma required
    Relevant experience in agriculture-related areas
    Practical understanding of equipment operations
    Direct experience as a farm or industry equipment operator is an asset
    Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to application rates, quantities, and volumes.
    Willingness to work extra hours during peak agriculture seasons
    Ability to understand and meet expectations with minimal instruction
    Strong desire to provide an excellent customer experience
