As a Sales Associate of an Electronics retail store, will offer customers the complete solution to all their technology needs by understanding individual customer requirements and providing expert product knowledge on the latest technology of cell phones, computer gadgets, and gaming consoles. The store front will strive to exceed sales objectives and customer retention goals through the use of high-end sales techniques.

* Respond to customer concerns, support, and assist in the achievement of store customer care and sales goals and objectives
* Follow company standards in resolving customer concerns and escalate to the manager where required to ensure timely resolution
* Set up and maintain product demos
* Complete timely and appropriate down-stocking of product
* Maintain current knowledge of the latest technology products and industry trends

Responsibilities
A cashier/sales position is suited for an outgoing and dynamic individual with a passion for customer service. A successful candidate will excel at developing strong relationships with customers and possess excellent organizational skills. Expertise in retail and fashion is an asset. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Excel, Quickbooks, and other Microsoft Office programs.
