Position Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and support our team with various administrative duties. Hours are Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Material Orders:
- Manage all orders of inventory and materials for projects.
- Create delivery sheets and update estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Order Receiving:
- Receive and verify all incoming orders.
Delivery Coordination:
- Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse team.
Installation Meetings:
- Attend daily installation meetings and take notes as needed.
Customer Service:
- Assist with answering phones and handling customer inquiries.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform data entry, make outgoing collection calls, and handle miscellaneous office work.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic office software.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset but not required.
