Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a
difference in members lives, with a strong customer-focused approach
Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone, and at the point-of-sale
Complete necessary daily reports, cash ups, and other administrative tasks
Be present on floor to assist with customer questions, complaints, and comments
Liaising with management to ensure operations run smoothly
Procurement, receiving, and merchandising of product with focus on customer-friendly presentation
Lead a culture of safety and maximize operational efficiency
Lead and manage the development and direction of the reporting team members
Other duties, as assigned
