We are seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Executive Assistant to join and support the President/CEO and Board of Governors in Weyburn. Reporting to the President/CEO, the ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of complex and sensitive administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation.
The EA has regular contact with Exec Management and other leadership teams, as well as the operating divisions management team members. The EA is a communication liaison within and outside of the President/CEOs office and receives questions from key parties across the organization. The EA has a strong internal and external communication role, including liaising with key parties across Southeast College, the Board of Governors, the regional college system, law firms, and external organizations to discuss objectives, issues and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior administrative support position.
A Diploma in Business/office Admin, or a related discipline.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential info.
Outstanding organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer software.
