The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking a qualified individual to staff the full-time permanent position of Team Leader for the Welcoming Community for Newcomers Program (WCN). The start date for this position is August 15 , 2024

Position Summary
Welcoming Community for Newcomers is comprised of Youth Program, Community Connection and Volunteer Program. Under the supervision of the Manager, Settlement, Family and Community Department, this position is responsible for accomplishing:

Welcoming Community for Newcomers (WCN) operational objectives by providing lead hand supervision to staff, planning and organizing programs and services, supporting program staff and monitoring and evaluating progress.
This position is responsible for the management of volunteers to support the Regina Open Door Society Welcoming Community for Newcomers activities.

Desired qualifications/Education
Three years or more years of successful experience in-group facilitation and volunteer recruitment, training, and support
University degree in the social sciences, humanities or education ( Work experience will be considered )
Three years' work experience providing service in the field of social services, education or humanities
More than two year's work experience in direct supervision in a human service delivery environment

The annual salary for this position is $ $53,131.57
