A local non profit is looking for a bookkeeper for July and August. This is short term on a grant.
Monday to Friday in our office from 9 am to 4 pm with hour off for lunch for July and August.
Can be a contract or employee position.
You need to have several years of experience in quick books and excel and in accounting entries.

Duties:  set up and change our manual bookkeeping system to QuickBooks.
Do all the data entry from 2023 and 2024 into quick books and excel
Find and correct any discrepancies
Ensure that all the invoices are filed according to chart of accounts headings
Be knowledgeable to make any adjusting entries as needed
