Explore this new role as an HR Coordinator for a charitable non-profit with a well-established organization with close to 50 years in business and growing, with over 110 employees in 6 locations in Swift Current.  
As the HR Coordinator you will;
-Work alongside a proficient team of 10 managers, a bookkeeper and admin team to help with strategic staffing and planning; all whom report to the executive director.
-Responsibilities, skills and requirements include but are not limited to:  Talent acquisition, onboarding, employment contracts, oversee policies and procedures, support overall strategic direction, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, analytical and critical thinker, able to build and maintain healthy working relationships.  
-Must work well within a diverse multi-cultural team and either know or be willing to learn how to onboard through the SINP and IRCC programs.  
-Must have a valid drivers license with access to transportation to travel to all sites with mileage allowance provided.  
-This is an on-site position with a benefits package.  
Qualifications:
-A HR degree/diploma attained in Canada, with compliance training and a good knowledge base of SK Employment Standards.  A combination of training and experience will be considered to evaluate the salary package.  Two+ years of experience is preferred.  
-Must have a vision of growth, be highly motivated, professional and positive. Looking for someone that is solution orientated and continue to grow and commit to good organizational culture.
-Must be a citizen of Canada, no SINP or PR will be supported for this position.
