The Operational Improvement Specialist contributes to implementation of the Customer Service Operations Continuous Improvement Program in alignment with SaskEnergys mission, strategic objectives, and values. This position works in consultation with management and leadership throughout the division to evaluate key performance indicators, analyze business problems, develop recommendations, facilitate execution of improvements, apply change management principles, and evaluate benefits realized.
