Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration/AC Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer comfort. Responsibilities:
    Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including refrigeration units, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
    Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems and prevent breakdowns.
    Install new HVAC systems and components, ensuring compliance with specifications and industry standards.
    Respond to service calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer needs with expertise and courtesy.
    Document all service activities, including repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
    Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic, specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
    Valid HVAC trade certification or tradesperson status.
    Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
    Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
