Job Order Detail

Description

8:00AM to 8:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) daily including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Be available to work a variety of shifts Monday through Sunday;
Not require significant time off for the duration of the contract;
Have 1 year experience providing service desk support;
Have 3 years experience supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office applications;
Have strong familiarity with technological equipment, software, and networking.
Be proficient with troubleshooting equipment, solving common problems with technology, and providing support to users.
Be proficient in English (both verbal and written);
Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and procedures.
