The King of Trucks in Kindersley, Saskatchewan is now accepting applications for the position of Service Advisor.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is the face of the Service Department. The Service Advisor acts as the liaison for the customer to ensure the customer receives an exceptional experience while maintaining the overall goals and objectives of the Dealership. The scope of the job includes all service-related activities from the time of booking through to customer follow up.
The Service Advisor ensures the vehicle is fixed right the first time by fully understanding the customers needs and accurately documenting them on the repair order. They are also responsible to advise customers on required and suggested maintenance and repairs, the costs associated and provide options for scheduling those services. The Service Advisor ensures the customer is well informed of work performed, the reason for the repair and the costs associated with the repair.
Automotive knowledge or Dealership experience is a plus, but not required as we will consider all applicants.
