Employment Network has partnered with our client in downtown Regina to recruit a qualified Administrative Assistant. We are searching for a highly organized individual to help run administrative operations at a fast-paced and growing company.
Reporting to the office manager, your day-to-day activities will include records management, client communication, and being the first point of contact for office-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, take messages, and route calls to appropriate staff
- Receive and distribute daily incoming mail and couriers
- Assist with scanning, photocopying, printing and filing
- Take weekly meeting minutes
- Monitor and order office supplies
- General office support
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
