As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join us in providing outstanding support to our clients.
Location: Regina, SK
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt shipment and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with empathy and diplomacy to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NetSuite.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
