Points Athabasca is in search of a Journeyperson Millwright at one of our projects in Northern Saskatchewan. This will be for a 21-day shutdown job.

Required certificates:
Journeyperson Millwright Certification
WHMIS/SCOT
Fire Extinguisher
Fall Protection
Confined Space
Overhead Crane an asset
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ability to work with material handling systems including bucket elevators, dust collection systems, grain cleaning equipment, conveyors, augers, fans, motors vacuums, pumps, compressors etc.
Tank and Agitator inspections and maintenance.
Inspection, installation, adjustment and maintenance of mechanical machines and equipment on site.
  Machine troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and preventative maintenance.
Dismantling, repairing, and assembling equipment as required and in-line with manufacturers specifications and recommended standards.
Thorough knowledge and use of a micrometer, dial indicators, and other tools necessary to achieve the settings and tolerances required.
Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliances.
Inspect equipment on a regular basis, pre and post operating.
