Billesberger Law Firm is a fast paced family law firm located in Estevan, SK, with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking permanent full-time or part-time Receptionist/Secretary to join our team.
Qualifications
Office experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Minimum grade 12 education
Valid drivers license

Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Manage phone calls and messages
Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails
Manage office records and filing system
Greet customers and maintain a clean and orderly reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
Manage invoices and process payments
Responsible for daily bank and post office deliveries
Pick up office supplies, as required
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 - 5:00, Fridays 8:30 4:30(closed during the lunch hour)
