Description

Qualifications:
    Must lead a healthy lifestyle.
    Travel to clients homes to provide a variety of home healthcare support services.
    Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding of clients, as required.
    Assist with client transfers, ie, lifting or turning to transfer from assistive devices (including wheelchairs) to chairs or beds.
    Supervise clients' exercise routines.
    Assist with the personal care of clients including dressing and grooming.
    Assist with maintaining client personal hygiene, including help with bathing and toileting.
    Perform light housekeeping required including cleaning up clients' living area, laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens,
    Maintain records of clients' care, condition, progress, or problems to report.
    Administer prescribed oral medications, under the written directions of a physician or as directed by the home care LPN and ensure clients take their medication.
    Provide clients and their families with referral support and instruction in areas such as caring for infants, preparing healthy meals, living independently, or adapting to disability or illness.
