Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Studies, the Study Manager is accountable for the scoping and delivery of studies from inception through to FEL3 completion. Responsibilities can be found on the company website.

-Bachelor or masters degree in Engineering
-Professional designation preferred
-3-5 years Engineering experience in potash or heavy industry
-Demonstrated experience in Engineering environments and working with EPCMs and consultants
-Experience in FEED projects
-Demonstrated proficiency in fostering business-focused collaboration, aligning cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion
-Established leadership abilities, including influencing the decision-making of internal and external stakeholders, and coaching, mentoring, and developing a team
-Proficient in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence, leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to enable informed strategic decisions, optimize processes and drive continuous improvement
-Proven ability to analytically solve problems with a creative approach, and accepting responsibility for outcomes
